To extend their passion to improve life at home, Whirlpool partnered with Mosaic as part of a long-term retail execution strategy to drive sales of their laundry and kitchen products. Across multiple retailers and Whirlpool’s multi-brand suite of products, our Mosaic team gained the mindshare of key National and Regional retail associates through retail associate training campaigns, assisted sales & training, product training, transitions, and merchandising training.

Reaching thousands and thousands of retail associates, and winning the hearts and minds of countless consumers, our Mosaic team focused on protecting share, and increased overall sales, for Whirlpool. Our retail execution strategy combined major launches, product demos and product category focus to align with our retail execution strategy and promotional periods.

During the retail marketing program, we lead large and small training initiatives to ensure retail associates knew the latest products and trends and could relay them alongside key selling points to customers. By building rapport with key store personnel, we become a trusted advisor of all things Whirlpool across their various retail environments.
